LOCATION

55 Harrison St is the large building behind Heinold’s Saloon, on the waterfront just south of Embarcadero St in Jack London. The museum is on the second floor of the building, which can be reached by a stairway at the southeast corner of the building by the water, or by an elevator inside the Harrison St entrance. Look for the banners hanging off the balcony columns across from the lawn area.

ADA ACCESS

For elevator access, please use the call button to the right of the front entrance at 55 Harrison St. The security personnel at the second floor reception area will open the doors for you, lead you to the elevators, and escort you to the 2nd floor entrance of the museum.

GETTING HERE

BART to 12th Street Station, walk or bus south to Jack London
Bus on the free “B” Broadway shuttle every 15 minutes, to last stop at Embarcadero & Webster
Ferry from SF Ferry Bldg / Pier 39
Bike along Bay Trail and downtown bikeways

For those driving here, the building is connected via a skybridge to the Amtrak parking structure on Second Avenue. There is a surface parking lot just east of the building, as well as parking meters along Embarcadero.
